User Terms and Conditions

 

This Agreement presents contract between Customer and Inter Actice LLC (404574974) registered at the address - 18 Zubalashvili bros, 0108 Tbilisi, Georgia, further mentioned "Inter Active. User Terms and Conditions for  Inter Active website including changes and regulations represents as single document and is considered as signed contract with customer. By registration on the webpage, Customer agrees with provided Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return and Exchange rules and also declares consent to extended their legal force to him. If Customer does not agree with the content of Inter Active's legal documents, he/she may not use the website. In case of additional questions, complaints, or requests, the Customer may contact Inter Active via e-mail.

Privacy Policy

 

By visiting the website www.interactive.ge, Customer is obliged to familiarize himself with the website's privacy policy, which is an integral part of the terms and conditions to use the website. Over time, changes and additions may be made to the privacy policy, which will be published on the website and also sent to Customers registered on the website. Changes and additions become actual after being published on the website. After the changes and additions published, use of the website by Customer will be considered as consent to the changed terms.

 

Inter Active obligation:

1. To protect the confidentiality and security of the user's personal data.

2. To use all possible measures to protect the user's confidential information.

3. მTo store confidential information about the user for the period necessary to achieve the purpose provided for by law and the website policy.

 

Customer obligation

1. To protect his/her personal profile with a username and password selected by him/her and difficult to guess.

2. To protect the data entered into his/her profile from third parties. Not to forward or transmit the said data via unsecured means of communication.

 

Inter Active authority

1. To collect, store, process and use personal data provided by the user. Data is collected during the registration form, telephone or electronic communication.

2. To use personal data for the purpose of providing information about the service, communication with the user, new products and news. Inter Active will protect the user’s personal data on the basis of the Law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection”. After closing the user’s account, Inter Active will store confidential information for the period provided for by law.

3. To share personal data with courier service companies only for the purpose of delivering the purchased products. The information must include: order details, name, surname, address and contact number. In this case, Inter Active is obliged to share personal information with the authorized body in cases provided for by the current legislation of Georgia.

4. Redirect the user to the bank's payment page for payment. Inter Active does not have access to the user's bank card details.

5. Do not take into account the information provided by a minor if it becomes known that the person providing the information is not authorized to provide the information, is a minor or is suspected of violating the terms of the website.

6. Do not assume responsibility for obtaining personal data by third parties through legal or illegal actions.

Customer authority

1. To request from Inter Active what data about the user is stored, how the data was collected, the purpose of data collection, the legal basis for data processing.

2. To refuse the consent given to Inter Active at any time and to request the termination of data processing and/or the destruction of the processed data. Upon the user's request, Inter Active is obliged to correct, update, add or delete the data. The user is entitled to apply to the State Inspectorate or the court in case of violation of the rights provided for by the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

Product Delivery Policy

The product is delivered to the address specified at the time of purchase with additional costs calculated at time of order placement. The delivery time is determined depending on the product stock in the warehouse, on average within 10-20 days. You will receive information about the estimated delivery date in writing within 24 hours after placing the order.

Product Return Policy

 

The product is returned in the following cases:

 

• The product does not match the order;

• The product is damaged;

• The delivery deadline was violated by Inter Active;

• The product has a factory defect.

 

The product is returned only on the basis of a written application. The application for a return must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Inter Active representatives will contact you within 24 hours of receiving the application regarding the return procedure. When returning, the product must be shipped with all accompanying parts and documents provided at the time of purchase. Warranty card, technical passport, other documents accompanying the item, undamaged box of the item, accessories, etc. The return cost is reimbursed by Inter Active. Inter Active does not return the product after 14 days from receiving the product.

 

After the return, we will notify you of the decision on the refund/return status of the product within 48 hours. In case of a factory defect, you will be informed of the decision on the refund or replacement of the item within 5 days. In case of a refund decision, the refund will be made within a maximum of 5 business days from the receipt of the notification, only by non-cash payment. In case of a negative decision on the return, the item will be returned to you.
