The BCS-PAN1703S-S is a state-of-the-art single-family external panel designed for seamless integration into modern security systems. This dual-system device can operate in either TCP/IP or 2-wire mode, providing flexibility for various installation needs. In IP mode, it effectively collaborates with LAN/PoE switches for straightforward connectivity, while in 2-wire mode, it uses a non-polarized two-wire bus for both power and signal transmission, requiring the BCS-ADIP-II/-III adapter alongside the BCS-ZA4815/4820 power supply. 

Equipped with a 1.9 mm fish-eye lens, this panel offers an impressive viewing angle of 168.6° horizontally and 87.1° vertically, ensuring a broad surveillance coverage. The video compression capabilities include both H.264 and H.265, making it suitable for high-quality video recording. The device is compatible with TCP/IP/SIP video monitors in version 4.4 SIP or higher in IP mode, and it works seamlessly with BCS-MON7600B(W)-2 monitors in 2-wire mode. 

Installation options include both flush mount and surface mount using a dedicated housing available separately (BCS-PP17/PN17/PN17-II). Managed through a web service, the BCS-PAN1703S-S supports video recording on BCS LINE recorders and is compliant with Onvif standards. Its front panel is constructed from a durable aluminum alloy, ensuring longevity and robustness in outdoor environments.
