This high quality Cat 5e twisted pair cable is constructed of 4 pairs twisted together to eliminate cross interference and electromagnetic interference. Made of 24 AWG pure copper, the wires are encased in a PE sheath and each wire has a diameter of 0.97 mm including insulation. The aluminum foil shielded installation cable also has an additional grounding conductor.
